RETURNS

An item is only eligible for return if the product is unused and in the original packing. We have 30 days return policy, after which the item cannot be returned.

REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

After confirming the return of the product using return details provided to us, you will process a full refund upon inspection of the product. The refund will be transferred within 3-5 working days in your provided bank details.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you do not receive a refund within 5 working days after our confirmation, check your bank statement and contact your bank. If the refund is still not shown, let us know at: info@kinderfluff.com

ITEMS SOLD DURING SALES OR AT A DISCOUNT PRICE

Any item sold during sales or at a discounted price will consequently be refunded at the bought price.

EXCHANGE:

In case you have made a mistake on choosing the correct size, we offer exchange with the correct size within the first 30 days of the purchase. Please bear in mind that the cost of returning the product is afforded by the buyer (Unless the item you have received is a different size from the one you ordered which in this case we assume the return cost)

REPLACEMENT        

We provide a replacement of the product if it is damaged/defected (Wear and tear is not included). Kindly share a picture of the damaged item with us at: info@kinderfluff.comalong with the country you are based in (If not US).

After the replacement is approved, confirmation please send the item back to us. (if you are based in the US:

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for return shipment. The return cost will not be refunded. It is advised to use a courier that provided tracking information so we can check the location of the returned product as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items.
