Keep in mind that these sunshades are designed to be larger than your windshield so they can reach car visors for added support. It may seem too wide but you can adjust the width of the shade by overlapping the rings.
That way it will be high enough to reach the sun visors while having an adjustable width to cover the entire windshield. Try this trick before considering it the “wrong size”

Installation Guide
- Open the sunshade at arm’s length (Be mindful of the spring effect)
- Put the shade against the windshield with the silver side facing outside
- Overlap the rings as needed to cover the entire windshield
- Flip the sun visors down and position against the sunshade for added support
Fold And Store
- Fold the sunshade in half, positioning the rings back to back and hold both sides of the shade.
- Twist and move your hands slowly towards each other.
- It will pretty much fold itself like a good boy.
- Tuck in the side fabric, use the strap to secure the folded shade & place the in the provided travel pouch for storage.

A 2-panel sunshade has an unlimited allowance for overlapping panels and easier to get full coverage during installation. Additionally, you can place the panels vertical or horizontal depending on windshield height
This is a single panel sunshade and if you have accessories that can block the shade from reaching the visors, you might want to consider a 2 panel sunshade or an exterior sunshade which can also serve as a snow cover. Check our store for options.
